Please note that free cancellations are accepted only up till an order is not dispatched from our facility. Once the order is shipped, a free cancellation is not possible. We can still cancel your order till it is in transit or if not accepted /rejected at time of delivery against service charge deductions as follows:

Orders will be refunded once they have been received back after deduction of the said charges. For any issues related to the shipping mentioned per courier remarks, we will not levy any charge on those orders.
