We accept returns and exchange requests with in 7 days provided the product is unopened.
Please note that the condition of the item should be intact so that it can be restocked. The seals of the product should be intact and it should pass our QC to be eligible for a return/exchange/refund. All our items are serial numbered, so same should match with our records and the invoice issued by our system only after which a return may be accepted.
For returns related to order cancellations/modifications/rejections, service charges will be applicable to facilitate pickup and other costs. For any returns happening due to the shipping partner or manufacturer, we will not levy any charges.
