Refunds are issued post successfully receiving the item back or after successful completion of the returns process. By successful we mean the item has been returned back as per our accepted condition and passes the QC. Full or partial refunds may be issued back to your original payment method as per the provided resolution.
For refunds related to order cancellation/modification or change of mind, deductions are applicable as per cancellation policy. Refunds mostly reflect with in 5-7 business days for most private banks (7-12 days for govt banks).
For refunds on payment made by UPI, please refer to your physical bank statement or updated passbook or net banking account statement and do not rely on the UPI app for the amount to reflect. UPI apps do not always show back the refunds. You have to manually check with your bank.
